I believe, it is important for women to understand their choices, it’s your birth, your baby and your journey.

I am a full-time birth and postnatal doula and a placenta consultant. I have supported women with diverse wishes, involving different kind and place of births.

I live in North London with my husband and our daughters. I cover most of the London area and can collect the placenta from home or hospital. Capsules are typically delivered within 3 days. Last minute requests are welcome.

My childbirth experiences taught me that our body can propel a hugely positive birth experience and the magical moments that follow. They gave me a lot of inner strength and I wanted to help other women to have a better experience and the birth they want. So I’ve reseted my MBA and decided to go with my heart and become a Doula instead.

My experiences with new mothers have taught me the importance of positive birth recovery, avoiding the ‘baby blues’ and post-natal depression and the benefits of high energy levels. Every mother owns her own placenta, which is rich in minerals and vitamins that can benefit you. For instance:
