My name is Elizabeth O’Connell. I live in the West of Ireland Galway with my two beautiful children and my husband.  I have always had a keen interest in the alternative, holistic approach to life.  When I had my son 10 years ago I had the baby blues and had problems with a good milk supply. As my son was 5 weeks early this naturally did not help.  I only wish I knew then what I do today.  I watched a programme on channel 4 about placenta encapsulation and I knew immediately in an instant that I would be doing this work.  I always knew that the placenta was special but I did not have the information to make a decision which ultimately I believe would have given me a healthier post pregnancy mind and body.  It is my belief that the placenta has everything a woman needs to nourish and replenish her after childbirth.  Having a baby is probably one of the most amazing times in a woman’s life, but it is also a very challenging physically and emotionally.  I believe it is as nature intended that this organ which has fed and nurtured your baby for 9 months is now given to the mother so she may benefit long after your baby arrives to keep you revived and replenished in the months ahead of your new life as a Mother.

I give a personal but professional service and offer the highest level of hygiene control. I have completed certificates in infection control-blood borne pathogens, food hygiene and productions courses which comply with both Eu and Irish regulations.
