For a number of years now and even before the birth of my first daughter I have always had a very keen interest in all things pre, peri and postnatal – I guess you could say my background as a registered and practicing Nurse has always made me curious about the way in which the body and mind can interlink, creating an enthusiasm to find ways in which we can improve well-being, especially during and following birth.
